The vacation began by returning to an attraction that Stephen and I visited in 1991...nineteen years ago! Storm King Art Center is celebrating it's 50th anniversary this year. If you are unfamiliar with Storm King and where it is located...it's in the Mid-Hudson Valley...and is clearly visible from the NY State Thruway...
So, next time you're heading north of Woodbury Commons...keep an eye out on the right side of the road.
Despite the steep admission prices, it was worth another look around. The weather was tolerable, the kids were geared up for vacation, and we had a chance to hook up with my brother and sister-in-law. LOTS of walking...but, they do offer the convenience of a tram ride around the grounds.
