Walk the Walk (Across the Hudson)
Finally did something that I had been looking forward to doing for a while....walking across the Hudson on the old rail bridge that connects Poughkeepsie and Highland.
We headed up to the bridge after Storm King...and were briefly detoured through Newburgh. Too bad...Newburgh is in rough shape...to say the least. Grand homes, wide streets, amazing view of the Hudson...and economically depressed.
The bridge?
It was awesome.
And breezy.
