If you guessed manatees....you're correct!
We visited the Cincinnati Zoo. Why? Well our Van Saun Park membership
allowed us 1/2 price admission...and since this trip is all about
traveling cheap, it was our attraction for the day (2 hours of speed
zoo viewing to be exact).
So we made it a point to see the manatees.
This zoo was one of the most extraordinary zoos I have visited.
Amazing animals. White lions, 2 types of rhinos, etc. My big-hearted,
animal loving Katie was on the verge of tears when we left, and swore
that when she learns how to drive her first trip will be to Cincinnati.
